~Season Ticket Renewals: 4/14 - 4/28

~Trade Days: May 12 beginning at 5:00 pm, and on May 13-14 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Remember, you must have already renewed your tickets to be able to change seats during the Exchange period. 

Ticket prices for this upcoming 2025 season will remain the same as last year:

Chair back - $125

Bench back - $100

Parking - $65

Please note: During the renewal period, you are only able to renew your previously held season tickets and parking passes. We do not know which seats will be available till exchange begins. There are no seat exchanges or new purchases at this time.

Non-renewals: If you do not plan to renew, please send an email to crogers@aledoisd.org. Please remember season tickets are non-transferrable. If any additional tickets remain, those will be available for purchase during the Open Sales period beginning May 19, online only. This date is subject to change and will be posted online.

As our community continues to grow and as we continue to sell out tickets for our home games, we ask that our current season ticket holders consider whether or not you can attend the games in deciding whether or not to renew.

Exchanges: Season ticket holders who renew their currently held seats by the deadline will have the opportunity to change/upgrade their seats in person at the Administration Building on May 12 beginning at 5:00 pm, and on May 13-14 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Remember, you must have already renewed your tickets to be able to change seats during the Exchange period.

Parking Pass Renewals: Please navigate to the parking pass event. Note that you will only have access to renew the same parking lot and number of parking passes you held last year during the renewal period. You will renew your pass during this renewal period, but it is a separate event than your ticket renewals, so please make sure and do both, if you are wanting a parking pass. You will receive an email confirmation of renewal and then come pick up an actual parking pass in person at the Administration Building in August.

If you have Reserved Varsity Football Season Tickets, please utilize your renewal code that you received in your renewal email on 4/14. If you do not have Reserved Varsity Football Season Tickets, please utilize the first part of the same email address you used to place your parking pass order last year. See example below.

If you purchased a parking pass you will need to pick up your auto placard at Bearcat Store, located in the AISD administration building, 1008 Bailey Ranch Rd., Mon-Fri, 8:15 am - 4:30 pm. (Your receipt will not allow entrance into the lot, only the parking placard.)

Monday, August 12th – Friday, May 2nd

Event Policy: This event has a no refund policy.

Allows entrance to all AISD athletic home events, EXCEPT FOR VARSITY FOOTBALL, for cardholder and immediate family members. The receipt you receive in your email will also serve as your actual pass. You may print or screenshot your family pass ticket when you have completed your transaction.

Monday, August 12th – Friday, May 2nd

Event Policy: This event has a no refund policy.

AISD STAFF will need to click on "Do you have a passcode?" and then enter employee number in order to purchase a staff pass.

The Family pass allows entrance to all AISD athletic home events, EXCEPT FOR VARSITY FOOTBALL, for cardholder and immediate family members. The receipt you receive in your email will also serve as your actual pass. You may print or screenshot your family pass ticket when you have completed your transaction.
