If you have Reserved Varsity Football Season Tickets, please utilize your renewal code that you received in your renewal email on 4/17. If you do not have Reserved Varsity Football Season Tickets, please utilize the first part of the same email address you used to place your parking pass order last year. See example below.

Note that you will only have access to renew the same parking lot and number of parking passes you held last year during the renewal period.

If you purchased a parking pass you will need to pick up your auto placard at Bearcat Store, located in the AISD administration building, 1008 Bailey Ranch Rd., Mon-Fri, 8:15 am - 4:30 pm. (Your receipt will not allow entrance into the lot, only the parking placard.)

Monday, August 5th – Friday, May 23rd

Event Policy: This event has a no refund policy.

Once you have purchased your parking space, you will need to bring the following items to an AHS police officer to obtain your parking sticker:
1. Copy of Receipt
2. Student’s Valid Driver’s License
3. Student’s Valid Auto Insurance Certificate

Stickers will be available on August 7, 8, and 12 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am or 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Buchanan Stadium Ticket Office. Once school begins you may pick up your sticker from an AHS police officer.  

Vehicles parked on school property are under the jurisdiction of the school and must adhere to the Parking Rules and Compliance Requirements.

Exchange Night-May 8, 5:00pm

Exchange during the day if needed-May 9-10, 9:00-4:00pm

Monday, August 12th – Friday, May 2nd

Event Policy: This event has a no refund policy.

Allows entrance to all AISD athletic home events, EXCEPT FOR VARSITY FOOTBALL, for cardholder and immediate family members. The receipt you receive in your email will also serve as your actual pass. You may print or screenshot your family pass ticket when you have completed your transaction.

Monday, August 12th – Friday, May 2nd

Event Policy: This event has a no refund policy.

AISD STAFF will need to click on "Do you have a passcode?" and then enter employee number in order to purchase a staff pass.

The Family pass allows entrance to all AISD athletic home events, EXCEPT FOR VARSITY FOOTBALL, for cardholder and immediate family members. The receipt you receive in your email will also serve as your actual pass. You may print or screenshot your family pass ticket when you have completed your transaction.
